SALLIE ASTOR BURDINE FOUNDATION RECEIVES DONATION FROM THE RAYNE SORORITY

The Rayne Sorority - Preceptor Alpha Chi Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, donated $500 from their Project Pink fundraiser to the Sallie Astor Burdine Foundation to assist cancer patients in the Acadia Parish area with transportation costs. Dr. Maitland DeLand, M.D., FACR, FACRO, FASLMS, President and C.E.O.; Evelyn Goodrow, RN, BSN, OCN, Director of Nursing Services; and Alana Hargrave, L.C.S.W. of OncoLogics accepted the donation on behalf of the Sallie Astor Burdine Foundation. Theresa Prather and Peggy Wagner (pictured first and second from the left above) of Beta Sigma Phi delivered the contribution.
