ONCOLOGICS and MILES PERRET CANCER SERVICES TEAM UP FOR
WELLNESS

OncoLogics, Inc. recently partnered with Miles Perret
Cancer Services’ Wellness Center to provide personal training services
to cancer patients and survivors. “It is proven that wellness
can significantly improve the quality of life of a cancer patient
through exercise and nutrition education,” said Evelyn Goodrow,
RN, BSN, Director of Nursing for OncoLogics.
Miles
Perret Wellness Director, Carla Duhon, MS, CEP, and personal trainer

are also hosting “Mobile Miles”, the traveling arm of
Miles Perret services. “Since OncoLogics serves the entire
Southwest Louisiana region, we felt it was important to have these
services reach our patients from Jennings/Crowley, all the way down
to Morgan City and Houma.”
“Since our inception, Miles Perret Cancer Services and OncoLogics,
Inc., have enjoyed a strong, flourishing relationship that has allowed
us both to provide many needed services to those families and individuals
in the South Louisiana region who have been afflicted by cancer. This
is just another shining example of our commitment to each other and
the community,” said Duhon.
